Order Handling Times 

KOIKAY is ran primarily by one person so the processing time on orders can vary. Typically, regular orders are shipped 1-2 weeks after placing but sometimes faster! Orders are usually packed during the weekend and dropped off with the post office on Mondays. When order volumes are very high, processing can stretch closer to the 2 week mark. 

Orders containing any preorder item will ship in entirety when the preordered item(s) are ready to ship. 

Shipping/Delivery of Orders

Once a package ships, it is out of our hands. KOIKAY cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of orders during shipment. 

Please ensure your address is correct during checkout. While we cannot be held responsible for the things that may happen to your package in transit, we are always willing to help fix issues that we can! Always reach out with any questions you may have!

Refunds/Returns

Any and all refunds or returns are processed and considered on a case-by-case basis as we are rigorous in the investigation of the quality of every order that is shipped out.
